About

The Story of

Robert Simpson

Robert Simpson is a true son of a…..redneck rocket scientist. He was born in Stillwater, OK in 1965 as his father finished his PHD in mechanical physics. Both of his parents attended OSU and his mother was a barrel racer in highschool, a home economics major and a devout southern baptist. Robert Started college taking his pre-engineering courses like calculus and physics but “dropped into” real estate finance when his college (CSUF) failed to provide an instructor, grad student or working equipment for his 5 student electromagnetic physics lab. Coming from such a background would tempt many to walk through life with a chip on their shoulder.

Robert is now an “empty nester”. His goal is to travel his beloved Southwest and help solve our housing issues. In short, this may be the most effective way he can “do unto others”.
